  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for digital products purchased directly on this website. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • To request a refund, email us at support@mindframespsych.com from the email address used at checkout, and include your order details (if available). If your request is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. We process refunds as soon as possible; however, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–10 business days for the refund to appear.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse of the policy, or repeated refund behavior.
